'Let's Leave a Positive Legacy'

Custodian resides in the Domain of Context and the Dimension of Ethics.

Custodian ensures justice. It considers the wholesomeness of action and its impact on history, the present, and future generations. In an uncertain world, it provides an anchor for decision making. It determines the rightness of interventions into a system.

Who is Custodian?

It is the champion of equality and fairness. Custodian ensures that individuals and teams adhere to key moral principles that sit at the heart of families, organisations, and communities. It is the guardian of what truly matters. It cares passionately for the integrity of the whole unit. It ensures that decency and respect are part of a system's development. It is responsible for a conscience that is fair to all stakeholders.

Custodian's leadership role is to safeguard the 'rightness of the direction' an organisation and society are moving towards. It will raise awareness of when values and standards are not followed.

What does Custodian do?

Custodian's key role is to provide a societal conscience and leave a positive legacy. It allows a safe space to answer difficult questions.

Custodian collaborates with the other three 'Domain of Context' Characters in the following ways:

Where Custodian sits in the model

At the heart of the Ethics Dimension is the question: What is right and wrong?

The Domain of Context is the outer domain: organisations, communities, society and stakeholders. It is where leadership reaches beyond the people you meet.

The other Characters in the Ethics Dimension are Inner Referee and Mentor. The other Characters in the Domain of Context are Oracle, Architect and Conductor.
